FAQs

What exactly is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive relaxation technique which activates the natural healing process of the body.

What might I experience during a session?

Each Reiki session is unique to the client. People often experience heat radiating from the practioner's hands. Other times the hands may feel refreshingly cool. Stress-reduction is a very common experience. Many fall asleep while others feel deeply relaxed, centered and grounded.

After a Reiki session, changes throughout the day and days to follow are also experienced. Clients report better sleep, mental clarity, stronger digestion and an overall sense of balance and wellness. Several clients have reported a pronounced feeling of composure and "feeling like a new person."
