All Levels Class
All are welcome in this basic yoga class which focuses on the foundations of yoga. In this class we will connect body, breath and mind while emphasizing proper alignment and breathing techniques. Basic yoga postures will be introduced as well as centering and relaxation. Beginners and experienced yogis
alike can benefit from this All Levels class.
Breathe, Stretch and Move
Are you interested in... Relieving tightness and soreness? Increasing your flexibility? Improving your balance, coordination and focus? Optimizing your breathing? Join Dot for a light-hearted yoga class which will focus on opening your hips, hamstrings, upper and lower body.
All levels are welcomed. No previous experience needed.
Modifications provided for any physical limitations.
Back to School Yoga for Children
Saturdays (9/28 - 12/21; no class on 10/12, 11/2 and 11/30)
9:00am - 10:00am (ages 6-9)
10:30am -11:30am (ages 10-14)
Combining her passions of teaching children and yoga, Jeannie invites 6-14 year-olds to join her for a fun, empowering and centering hour of yoga.
This class will focus on mindfulness, breathwork, yoga postures, games and relaxation through stories.
Drop-ins are always welcomed.
